Privacy Policy

Itinerantur (“we,” “us”) is a boutique travel agency for photography enthusiasts, operating at itinerantur.travel. We collect as little as we can, use it only to plan great trips, and never sell it. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you send an inquiry through our contact form, call, or email us, we receive what you choose to share — typically your name, email address, phone number, and trip details such as destination ideas, timeframe, group size, budget range, and photographic interests.
We use this information solely to respond to you and design your journey. We do not sell it, rent it, or add you to a newsletter list. Form submissions are screened for spam by Cloudflare Turnstile and stored securely in our Cloudflare database, then reviewed by us.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we gather some technical data as you browse:
- Privacy-first analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, approximate region, device type, how you found us). It is cookieless, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other sites. No personal information is collected or sold.
- Server logs — our hosting provider (Cloudflare) keeps standard web-server logs, which may include IP addresses and requested pages, for security and reliability.
- Fonts — the site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your browser’s request (including IP address) to serve the font files.
Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Because our analytics are cookieless, there is nothing to opt out of — but your browser’s privacy settings and tracker-blocking extensions work normally here, and the site functions fully without any cookies.
How long we keep things
We keep inquiry correspondence for as long as we’re working together or reasonably expect to. Our cookieless analytics retains only aggregate, non-identifying statistics. If you’d like your inquiry deleted sooner, just ask.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email greatpics @ itinerantur . travel or call +1 (425) 615-6342 and we’ll take care of it promptly.
Children
Our site and services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If our practices change, we’ll update this page and revise the effective date above. Meaningful changes will be noted plainly — no silent rewrites.
